Shadow Work
(Elevated Therapy)
Are you ready to take responsibility? Are you ready to unify your higher and lower-self? Are you ready to take the journey of connecting the dots and putting together the pieces of your life experiences? Do you want to release, heal, grow, and improve/govern self? This service aims to aid you in the process of releasing inner mental prisons: pain, anger, trauma, fear, guilt, shame, confusion, etc. and assist you in reclaiming mental liberation: harmony, balance, peace, joy, love, etc. This consulting service is offered in a recurring format. The shadow work service does not assess, diagnose, nor treat mental health disorders.
